Because the platform allows for custom and user-generated designs, this Return and Refund Policy establishes clear guidelines to ensure fairness to both customers and creators. 2. Custom and Personalized Products (Final Sale)
All products that include custom, personalized, or user-submitted designs are considered final sale. This includes uploaded artwork, modified designs, and any item produced specifically for an individual order. These products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange once an order has been placed, except in cases where the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect. 5. Print Quality and Product Standards
CaseCraftor maintains high production standards and uses quality materials, including sustainable components where applicable. Minor variations in color, scale, or placement may occur due to differences in screen displays, printing processes, and materials. These variations are considered normal and do not qualify as defects. 6. Standard Product Returns
